1. Manager (Marketing & Sales):

• Candidates should have minimum 05 (five) years practical experience in the relevant field.
• Master Degree from any recognized University. (Preferably MBA major Marketing).
• Good communication skill and proficiency in computer literacy. Must have idea about the office management.
• Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age should not exceed 35 years.

2. Executive (Marketing & Sales):

• Ideal candidate MBA/ Masters Degree from any recognized University.
• Should have good product & marketing knowledge & 02 years practical experience in the relevant field.
• Should be highly presentable personality and have influencing/convincing ability.
• Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer Literate.
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English besides Bangali.
• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
• Set Strategic business plan & supervise the business development team.
• Building, establishing & maintaining good relationship with clients.

3. Site Engineer:

• Diploma in civil Engineering.
• 2/3 years practical experience especially in Real Estate Company.
• Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English besides Bangali.

4. Accountant:

• M. Com. (Accounting)/ MBA major in Accounting) from a reputed university with excellent academic background.
• 2-3 years practical experience in the related field from reputed real estate firm.
• Computer literacy in MS word and MS excel is a must.

5. Site Supervisor:

• Minimum S.S.C pass.
• 2 years practical experience in the related field from reputed real estate firm.

6. Guard:

• Minimum class-8 passes.
• Energetic and Healthy.
• Retired Ansar /BDR will be given preference.
